About
Santo Antonio’s Farm
Grown by the Santo Antonio family farm in Araxá, Minas Gerais, Brazil — a region perched on the western edge of the Serra da Canastra plateau. The farm sits at a high altitude with well-drained, mineral-rich red latosol soil, ideal for cultivating specialty coffee.
Araxá’s climate brings warm, sunny days and cool, dry nights throughout harvest season, which promotes slow bean maturation and a depth of natural sweetness. The surrounding cerrado biome, one of the richest tropical savannas in the world, supports sustainable growing practices that protect native flora and fauna.
The result is a well-structured cup with notes of chocolate, nuts, and gentle citrus — balanced and smooth, with a long, clean finish.
