Return & Refund Policy — Brazonia Coffee

At Brazonia Coffee, we take great pride in providing premium-quality unroasted coffee beans sourced directly from Brazil and shipped from Spring Hill, Florida to our customers across the United States.

Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped.

All Sales Are Final

Because our coffee is a food product, we cannot guarantee the integrity or safety of any item once it leaves our facility. For this reason, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll be happy to review your case and offer a replacement or store credit if appropriate.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
